About the position

As the responsible hairdresser at VACKER, you play a key role in the salon. Your primary mission is to ensure that all our customers receive a BEAUTIFUL welcome and a top-class service experience. You are a skilled, service-minded, and responsible hairdresser who loves your profession and understands the importance of satisfied customers, team spirit, and sales.

You work creatively and professionally, inspire customers to return and make additional purchases, and actively contribute to the salon's success alongside your colleagues. With us, the pace is high, the atmosphere is positive, and collaboration is a given.

About the role

In the role of responsible hairdresser, you have overall responsibility for the salon's daily operations and the team's function. This includes, among other things:

Being responsible for all materials for the salon, including orders and inventory, ensuring everything is in place for operations
Having primary responsibility for the hairdressers in the salon, handling questions, and providing support in daily work
Having overall responsibility for BokaDirekt and trainees
Planning work with good foresight and being available for the team
Having good product and color knowledge to support, guide, and inspire the hairdressers
